烤漆门板

烤漆门板，即喷漆后进烘房加温干燥工艺的油漆门板。其优点是色泽鲜艳，具有很强的视觉冲击力，表面光洁度好，易擦洗，防潮、防火性能较好。烤漆门多用密度板作为基材，背面为三聚氢胺，工艺复杂，加工周期长，价格相对也较高。高档的PU烤漆门的类型上分钢琴烤漆和金属（汽车）烤漆两种，金属烤漆优于钢琴烤漆。由于表面使用的油漆品质难以辨别，如果自称高档的PU（聚脂）漆，而价格却很低，完全可以判断,使用高档的环保油漆几乎没有可能。选择烤漆门时切莫为暂时的表面一时光亮度所惑，当您有过使用低档烤漆门的感受,您会发现在油烟的污染下,时间不长就可能变色，光泽也会逐渐消失。

烤漆门板工艺：烤漆门基材为密度板，表面经过八次喷烤进口漆（三底、三面、二光）高温烤制而成一种工艺，即喷漆后经过进烘房加温干燥的油漆处理基材门板。烤漆板的特点是色泽鲜艳易于造型，具有很强的视觉冲击力，非常美观时尚且防水性能极佳，抗污能力强，易清理。缺点是工艺水平要求高，废品率高，所以价格居高不下；使用时也要精心呵护，相对怕磕碰和划痕，一但出现损坏就很难修补，要整体更换；比较适合外观和品质要求比较高，追求时尚的年轻高档消费者。
